Returns Policy.

Please read before the cat goes back to sleep.

Made-to-order products

Every PadlockCat product is printed and made to order, specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances — the cat already put in the effort.

Faulty items

The only exception is if your item arrives faulty or damaged. If this happens, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

To report a fault, email us at hello@padlock.cat with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Photos showing the issue

The cat will review your request and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Resolution

If the fault is confirmed, we'll offer you a replacement or a full refund — your choice. You don't need to return the original item. The cat has decided it doesn't want it back.
